Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
Service Limitations
You agree that if Max Clean AC cannot remove the blower wheel from your unit due to unforseen mechanical or technical issues, an in-place unit wash and capture will be performed. You also agree that Max Clean AC is not responsible for pre-existing damages to the property or unit.
Location Requirements
Please be sure to include a valid, physical address when booking so our technicians can reach you via standard GPS mapping applications.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is required upon completion of the service. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss resolution.
